SEAREFINERY project aims to establish novel bio-based blue food and feed, as well as blue food packaging material production. The project’s specific objectives include extracting high-value-added compounds from invasive species, low trophic organisms, and marine-derived by-products, and utilizing these marine-based extracted materials for the development of blue food analogues.
